Bill Gates confirms, Bunch & Sterner know their stuff
Well, not directly, but still Bill Gates's comments to the Microsoft CEO Summit (which includes the likes of Warren Buffett and Michael Dell) sound eerily like what Mike and I have been out telling marketing executives for the past few months.
Not to say I told you so, but Bill Gates tends to be kind of a smart guy, as empirical evidence will support.
